ABOUT ELLIE ARAIZA

Yoga & Power-of-10 certified instructor

Ellie has been practicing both yoga and Power of 10 since 2008. It has and continues to improve her quality of life in every aspect including energy level, mood, mental and emotional health and overall stamina. The many benefits she has experienced make her passionate about sharing these exercise modalities   with others. She especially loves how they can be modified for any person, no matter what their level of fitness is, and that they are incredibly safe and often healing to previous issues or injuries.

For those seeking a high intensity workout, a strength session once or twice a week is recommended. Yoga can be incorporated into the session to add flexibility, breathing and stress release.

Private yoga sessions are available as well. Move slow and get strong!
