The very slow cadence makes this workout extremely low-impact. One-on-one private instruction ensures proper form and technique is used. And with Covid safety protocols in place, there is literally no safer way to spend time at a gym!

This high-intensity no momentum workout builds muscle effectively which is the source of all the benefits of true fitness including increasing bone density, improving metabolism function, cardiovascular efficiency & resistance to injury.

EFFICIENT:

With just one or two workouts a week, Power-of-10 is an incredibly efficient use of time and energy for maximum results.

Sessions are 30 minutes long and available to be used virtually or in-studio (or a combination of both). See more below!

The In-Studio Option is available at The Workout Revolution gym for clients who want to experience Power-Of-10 on specialized MedX equipment. This high-intensity and low-impact workout will ensure the maximum benefit of muscle loading.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

FaceTime or Zoom

The Virtual Option is available for clients who prefer to workout from home. We can use body weight and get creative with what you have available. Slow, mindful movements will ensure we work every muscle safely and effectively.
