Turtle Strength is a fitness program by Power-of-10 certified instructor Ellie Araiza, designed around the individual and their particular fitness needs, with the goal of building strength, flexibility & joint stabilization through slow and mindful movements.

WHAT IS POWER-OF-10?

Power of 10, is a high intensity Slow Strength training technique that provides a safe, effective and efficient way of building muscle through controlled resistance. Muscle helps to burn fat, increase bone density, improve metabolism function, cardiovascular efficiency & resistance to injury.

Ellie has a truly professional, holistic and individualized approach that works for each person. For example, I recently developed a lot of lower back pain. She could have easily just added a few more abdominal crunches to my routine, but instead, she fully integrated deep core and back work throughout our routine with breathing, focus and movement. It’s helped in a big way. Her knowledge of anatomy and systems in the body combine beautifully with her ability to coach her clients towards more self-acceptance and empowerment. After each class with Ellie, I feel so much more open, centered, stronger and optimistic. I highly recommend working with Ellie. No matter what level you’re at, she can help you feel better inside and out and she’ll do it with humor, intelligence and empathy.
